We would be thrilled and honored to have your name associated with our major fund raising event! Your sponsorship will enable you to join other sponsors at Academy Prep's Patrons' Recognition Party to be held at the beautiful St. Petersburg waterfront home of Mr. and Mrs. Larry Scott.

Our sponsor package includes opportunities for your name and company logo to appear on the Academy Prep Beach Blanket Bingo Bash invitation, event program and on our website. We will also provide signage and media recognition before, during and after the event.

You may use this form to register as a Sponsor for the event. You may then make your payment using a credit card by phone, or by check via mail. You may also make your payment in person at the event. Payment information is at the bottom of the form.

Two tables for 10 at the event, 8 tickets to the Patron Party
Recognition on the event invitation (If committed by August 15, 2008), ½ page ad in the event program, recognition on the Academy Prep website, event signage, and all event press releases and email releases, individual name or company logo displayed on media presentation.

TREASURE CHEST SPONSOR $15,000+ - Number of tickets
Two tables for 10 at the event, 10 tickets to the Patron Party
Top recognition on the event invitation (If committed by August 15, 2008), Individual name or company logo displayed on media presentation and imposed in large scale on wall of tent, full page ad in the event program, top recognition on the Academy Prep website, event signage, and all event press releases and email releases.
