Mr. Fisher
has been a well-respected member of the financial community for
over 40 years. Mr. Fisher was born and raised in St. Louis, MO,
and graduated from the University of Memphis with a BS degree in
English. In 1980, Mr. Fisher joined Smith Barney and over the next
10 years rose to the position of Senior Managing Director and National
Manager in the municipal bond department in New York City.
A resident of St. Petersburg for over 30 years, Mr. Fisher served
as a governor of the Florida Security Dealers Association, as well
as chairman of the conduct committee of the National Association
of Security Dealers of the southeastern region. He also served as
a member of the investment banking committee and Chairman of the
Southern District of the Securities Industry Association. Mr. Fisher
is involved in the growth and planning of St. Petersburg , serving
as Chariman of the City of St. Petersburg ’s Environmental
Development Commission. Mr. Fisher has also served on the Board
of Trustees of the YWCA and Great Explorations, the Children’s
Museum. |

Lincoln J. Tamayo - Vice President of Operations
Lincoln Tamayo received his B.A. degree from the University of Notre
Dame, his J.D. from The University of Florida College of Law, and
his Ed. M., Administration Planning, and Social Policy from Harvard
University. Beginning December, 2002, Mr. Tamayo assumed the responsibilities
as Head of School for Academy Prep Center of Tampa. From August 2001
through November 2002, Mr. Tamayo was Chairman of English for the
Children of Massachusetts, the successful initiative petition campaign
to reform the bilingual education laws of Massachusetts. He was subsequently
invited by Governor-elect Mitt Romney to serve on Mr. Romney's transition
team through January 2003. From 1997 to August 2001, he was Principal
of Chelsea High School, Chelsea, MA, (student enrollment, 1500, faculty
and Staff, 150). In 1999 Mr. Tamayo was appointed by the MA Board
of Education to the Massachusetts Bilingual Education Advisory Council,
where he served as its chairman in 2001. He has also served as Assistant
to the President of Boston University and Secretary to the Boston
University Board of Trustees. Mr. Tamayo was admitted to the Florida
Bar in 1985. |

Cecil Stodghill
Director of Graduate Support
A native of Chattanooga, Tennessee, Cecil Stodghill graduated from
the McCallie School of Chattanooga in 1989. Cecil attended the University
of Miami, and received his B.B.A in Marketing in 1993, and a M.
Ed. in Educational Leadership from the University of Tennessee at
Chattanooga in 2006.
He began a career in the field of Student Development at Hendrix
College (AR) as Director of Intramural Sports and Dormitory Head.
After serving as Assistant Director of Intramural Sports at Florida
State University, Cecil returned to the University of Miami to head
the Intramural Sports Department. In 1998, Cecil returned to the
McCallie School where he initiated the Office of Multicultural Affairs.
Cecil served as Director of Multicultural Affairs and Assistant
Director of Admissions until 2006. From 2006 to 2008, Cecil served
as Associate Director of Admissions at Berkeley Preparatory School
in Tampa, where he also lead a successful Track and Field program
in the role of Head Coach. |

Sr. Anne Dougherty, O.S.F.
Graduate Support
Counselor, Tampa
Originally from Philadelphia, Sr. Anne Dougherty, O.S.F. is a Franciscan
Sister of Allegany, NY. She holds a Doctorate in Pastoral Counseling
and an M. A. in Counseling Psychology. She is certified and currently
involved in Crisis Stress Management, Police Chaplaincy, and Spiritual
Direction. For ten years, Sr. Anne was the founding director of
Francis House, an interfaith center for people infected or affected
with HIV/AIDS.
With a wide range of teaching experience to all ages of students,
Sr. Anne is the Graduate Support Counselor and leads the peer to
peer leadership program at Academy Prep - Tampa. She enjoys helping
to prepare our students to attend high school and colleges while
supporting them along the way. It is her hope that by reaching their
full potential these students will return to their community as
leaders. |

Nancy Thompson has
served as Chief Financial Officer for the Academy Prep Foundation
since April 1, 2001. Her responsibilities include preparation of
Financial Statements and Supervisor of Audits for Academy Prep Foundation,
Inc., Academy Prep Centers of St. Petersburg and Tampa and overseeing
accounting for the foundation and its centers.
Nancy Thompson retired from Fortune Hotels, Inc. after 20 ½
years as Assistant Controller. Responsibilities included preparation
of Financial Statements, Supervisor of the Accounting Dept employees,
Supervisor of State, Local & Federal Audits and Payroll Administrator
for 550 employees. Prior to Fortune Hotels, Nancy spent 13 years
with Hubbard Broadcasting, Inc as Assistant Innkeeper and Controller
of the company’s hotel, Holiday Inn South in St. Petersburg. |
